Aspirations transform into reality when we combine hard work and dedication with innovativeness, resilience and empathy. Kalong-Kapili is realization of that desire that many wouldn’t have even dared to dream about more than a decade back when conditions were tough for creating livelihood opportunities in the fishery sector.
But as the saying goes when the going gets tough, the tough gets going, Kalong-Kapili could overcome each and very challenge to usher a new revolution in the aquaculture sector and create milestones that are being lauded and emulated.
We feel happy and humbled that our initiatives and success stories are now referred to as model approaches for sustainable aquaculture practices and growth. We will definitely continue to work harder for further development of the aquaculture sector and rural economy of the country.
We are grateful to all our stakeholders who had faith on us and have been supporting us all through our journey.
To everyone we once again affirm that we have the courage to dream big and make bigger contributions towards society and humanity, and in the words of Robert Frost would conclude “Miles to go before I sleep.”
